Welcome to South Devon Fitness, a qualified and experienced personal trainer in Plymouth. I provide a home personal training service in Plymouth, Ivybridge, Plympton, Plymstock, Salcombe and Totnes. I became a personal trainer in Plymouth 20 years ago, and I work with all levels of fitness. Over the years I have worked with many different clients, each with their own unique goals.
My belief is that a healthy lifestyle should be attainable for everyone. With small consistent steps, even the most challenging goals can be accomplished.
I provide diet and nutritional plans, weight loss programmes, 1-1 sessions, strength and toning sessions and small group workouts . If you are looking to improve your overall health and lifestyle, I am here to support you. If you just need encouragement to get moving in the right direction, I will be glad to help. Whatever your goals or current fitness levels are, exercise is for everyone. My aim is to make it fun, enjoyable and effective.

As a personal trainer in Plymouth for many years I have worked with numerous athletes and sportsmen competing at the highest level. As I have developed as a fitness professional, my preference is to work with clients that have lifestyle and health related goals. Exercise is simply one of many components to being healthy and leading a fulfilling life. I take an holistic approach to health and wellness, that enables long term, sustainable results.
As a personal trainer I feel strongly about making sure I deliver sessions that are suitable for my clients and facilitate their long term goals. I take a considered view of what should be done, for how long, and at what intensity. It is also important to consider the impact exercise has on your lifestyle and ensure we are able to deal with all the challenges that face you along the way.
